Last Minute Cancellations & No Shows

Due to a number of people not turning up to their appointments we have no choice but to implement a 'no show policy' for all customers.

As a small independant business, missed appointments costs us time and money, as we could have seen other customers during this time.

If you book an appointment and cancel a few hours before or do not show up, you will be charged £30 deposit when booking future appointments.  **This payment will be used as a deposit and will be deducted from your total spend when you have your fitting.  This deposit cannot be used to buy products online**  You will receieve a confirmation email the day before, so you have plenty of notice to be able to cancel your appointment if you have double booked yourself.

In the future, after booking your appointment you will receive a text which includes a link to make a payment for £30 to secure your booking.  if you fail to pay this within 24 hours, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be unable to attend.
